Shipping policy
Once your order has been processed, allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders. All international orders are subject to various arrival time frames based on location.
Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
For in-stock items, standard shipping times apply. For out-of-stock items or sizes, please allow 2-6 weeks for production and delivery.
All orders from Isa Grutman are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Return & Exchanges
Items that are not made to order are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. To qualify, all pieces must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Isa Grutman reserves the right to deny a return if the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Approved store credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
