• Remove jewelry before engaging in physical activities, swimming, or showering to maintain their shine and integrity.
• Minimize exposure to lotions, oils, and cosmetics, as they can dull the surface of gold and diamonds.
• Regularly clean your gold and diamond pieces with a soft brush, warm water, and mild soap to keep them sparkling. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the metal or stones.
• Never use ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, or harsh chemicals on emeralds or rubies, as they can damage the stone or the oils often used to enhance its appearance
• Store jewelry separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches and preserve their condition. Keep your pieces flat in a dry, safe place.

Once your order has been processed, allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders. All international orders are subject to various arrival time frames based on location.
